Meet Our Psychiatrists
Keith Garcia, MD PhD | Medical Director, CEO, & Co-Founder
Dr. Keith Garcia, a native of Houston, Texas, completed his MD/Ph.D. at UT Health Science Center and psychiatry residency at Washington University in St. Louis, where he served as faculty until 2010. He later joined Dell Medical School and Seton in Austin, focusing on co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders across various levels of care. Since 2017, he has led his own practice and served as Medical Director for multiple treatment programs. Board Certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Garcia has authored over 20 publications and mentored many trainees, but finds the most fulfillment in delivering team-based, in-person psychiatric care.

Eric is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of the Incarnate Word. He completed clinical training in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, including the San Antonio State Hospital, Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, Clarity Child Guidance Center, and other behavioral health facilities across multiple levels of care, including substance use treatment settings.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Dr. Iglesias worked for over ten years as a registered nurse in high-acuity environments, including emergency and intensive care units and the Travis County Sheriff’s Office jail system. He brings broad experience across psychiatric, medical, and substance use populations. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching baseball, staying active, and spending time with his wife and two children.
