Dr. Alycia DeGraff, PhD, LMFT-S Clinical Director, COO, & Co-Founder

Dr. Ally DeGraff, a native Texan raised in a military family, earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Texas Tech and her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia. Her work bridges mental health, couples therapy, and financial well-being. She has served as a clinician, researcher, professor, and consultant, and has helped launch and run mental health clinics across Texas. In her free time, she enjoys camping, gardening, music, and reading non-fiction.

Rachel Garner, originally from the North Shore of Oahu, holds a Communications degree from Southern Oregon University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Over the past 12+ years, she has worked across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings in Hawaii, California, and Texas. Her experience spans work with women in recovery, children facing trauma, and adults navigating mental health challenges. Since moving to Austin in 2016, she continues to offer attachment-based, trauma-informed, and relational therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, the outdoors, and mentoring future therapists.

Rachel Garner, MS, LCSW Supervisor

Delaney Maxwell MS, LMFT

Delaney Maxwell, originally from California, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Delaney has worked in a range of clinical settings, supporting individuals, couples, and families facing issues like relational conflict, self-esteem, emotional regulation, abuse recovery, eating disorders, addiction, and mood disorders. In her free time, she enjoys reading, rom-coms, thrifting, and spending time with her husband and puppy.

Leah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate from Minnesota, earned her Psychology degree from Winona State and her Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. She has experience in hospital, non-profit, outpatient, and crisis settings, and works with couples facing conflict, emotional challenges, and intimate partner violence. Leah is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients and non-traditional relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys music festivals, the outdoors, and time with her husband.

Leah Van Duyne, MA, LMFT

Sol Hernandez, originally from Houston, earned their Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Edward’s University. They specialize in geriatric counseling, life transitions, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using a mindful, person-centered approach rooted in empathy and collaboration. Sol creates a safe space for clients to explore their inner world and build resilience. In their free time, they enjoy camping, hiking, playing volleyball, and learning to crochet.

Sol Hernandez, MA, LMFT Associate

Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate originally from Houston, Texas. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relational challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. She has experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, and in-home care. Ashley integrates a systemic, relational approach to help clients develop curiosity, compassion, and stronger relationships with themselves and others. Outside of work, she enjoys ballet, yoga, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Ashley Stone, LMFT Associate

Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a Bachelor's in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. She creates a warm, reflective space for individuals, couples, and families to explore what’s working in their lives—and what’s not. Anna has experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, making art, reading, and spending time with her husband and kids.

Anna Taberski, LMFT Associate

Taryn, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate born and raised in Austin, earned her Psychology degree from Westmont College and her Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. She has experience in private practice, non-profit, and correctional settings, working with individuals, couples, and families. Taryn supports clients with relationship challenges, communication, anxiety, and parenting—especially in families with neurodivergent children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, live music, soccer, and paddle boarding with friends.

Taryn Durham, MA, LMFT Associate

Alondra Gomez is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Master Social Worker with over four years of experience supporting individuals in mental health and substance use recovery. Her clinical work includes individual therapy, family sessions, and facilitating various therapeutic groups such as support groups, psychoeducational groups, and life skills workshops. Alondra is dedicated to helping clients develop tools to manage stress, build structure, resilience, and feel confident in navigating life transitions. Her work is guided by cultural competence, empathy, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals on their path of recovery, growth, and confidence. Outside of work, Alondra enjoys live music, spending time in nature, and engaging in art as a hobby.

Alondra Gomez, LMSW

Sarina Lal, originally from the Chicago area, earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois and her Master’s in Social Work from UT Austin. She has served marginalized populations, including survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and works with children, adolescents, and adults. Sarina offers play therapy and parent coaching, focusing on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can grow into their authentic selves. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, cooking, painting, and spending time with loved ones.
